Here’s what you should know about our latest customer survey

You spoke; Nexans listened.

Our annual customer survey gives us a chance to collect honest feedback from our customers and make changes to better meet your needs and expectations.

In the fall of 2018, 90% of the customers who took our survey were satisfied with our products and services and gave us a total Customer Effort Score (measures how easy it is to work with us) of 8.47 out of 10.  However we can do better.

After carefully going through comments from our customers, we have committed to taking action to improve our service through key actions.  Depending on the business division, it includes:  

  • Improving our inventory and delivery processes to help reduce product lead and delivery times
  • expanding customer service personnel for improved follow up

​The next customer survey will take place in the fall of 2019.  Your feedback is critical to ensure we continue to meet your expectations as a supplier of high-quality cables.
